Does regular email reporting exist?

In the Control Desk there is the possibility to set up a regular email reporting. This is not set up by default. 

You can find the email reporting in the Control Desk under your account.


There you can configure the email report according to your needs.


What is the report about?

You can configure your email report individually. You can simply enable or disable your email report and select a single or multiple tenants. You can select the reporting period and you can add several recipients, who should receive the email report as well (it is not obligatory for them to have an Control Desk account).

You can have a detailed report for each selected tenant (mail per tenant) or a short summarized overview of the selected tenants (one mail).




After activating the reporting, the email is sent automatically to all recipients within the selected time period.
