How do I log in to the Control Desk? 

Go to https://controldesk.epoq.de in your browser.

There are two ways to log in to the Control Desk.

 

Log in via Control Desk

One way is to log in with the information you received from epoq. 

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Log in.

After successful login, the dashboard is displayed.

 

Log in via AB Tasty

When you log into the Control Desk with your AB Tasty mail address, you will receive a 14 day Preview Account to explore the Control Desk and request a demo or pricing.

  1. Click "Login with AB Tasty" 

You will be redirected to the login for your AB Tasty account:

  1. Enter your Ab Tasty data.
  2. Click Sign In.

You will be asked once if you want to link your AB Tasty account with epoq.

  1. Click Allow

You will be redirected to the Control Desk Dashboard.

You can explore the Control Desk with your preview account, but you cannot add entries or change settings.

 

 

How do I log out of the Control Desk?

At the bottom of the menu you will find your account.

  1. Click the arrow next to your name.
  2. Click "..." log out.

Receiving account access as a new user

To get an account for the Control Desk, you need an invitation by mail. This contains a link for the assignment of a password. Afterwards you can log in to the Control Desk (http://controldesk.epoq.de) with your email address to which the invitation was sent and your password. 

 

First Login

When you first log in to the Control Desk, you will be on the Dashboard, the overview page with basic information about your booked services. If you are the Control Desk Admin for your company, you should first check your account settings. You can find them in the menu under profile. Here you can first customize your contact information and upload a profile picture. See 'Account Settings' to learn more about your profile,
